Delivery Day Operations Site Workers
Helps sort the products into customer orders. Volunteers are needed from 8 AM to 7 PM and the coop's Operations Center, 1300 SW 15th, on the third Thursday of each month. Just show up! Or you can email Bob Waldrop at prez@oklahomafood.coop if you have questions.
Delivery Day Pickup Site Workers.
Helps with the work at our 32 different pickup sites. To volunteer at a specific site, contact the site manager for that site or route. That information is located at http://www.oklahomafood.coop/locations.php .
Coop Research Manager and Team
Organizes and carries out research tasks as directed by the general manager. This can include research for coop information projects/products, customer satisfaction research among the members, and potential producer research. A background in research/surveys would be helpful. Customer Service Representatives
Works with Karen Cline, Customer Service Manager, to answer emails and phone calls from members. Reps are needed for all areas of the coop -- OKC, Norman, Tahlequah, Tulsa. Contact Karen Cline at customer@oklahomafood.coop . Posted June 7, 2008.
Computer Programmers and Website Developers
Will work with David Nordahl, coop CIO, and Roy Guisinger, our information systems manager, to improve the functionality of our online systems. MSQL and PHP required for the programmers. Reports to David Nordahl, cio@oklahomafood.coop . Revised and reposted May 31, 2008.
Coop Environmental Sustainability Team
Works with the Coop's environmental sustainability manager to ensure recycling at delivery day including composting. Sets out appropriate recycling containers on delivery day, takes the recyclables to the appropriate recycling center, and either finds someone who wants the compost or composts it himself or herself.
